Please take care that everything is well packed against pressure and impact. We recommend shipping by package. Please enclose a note about the defect and your address data, including e-mail and phone. Also attach the warranty papers as copies.
After receiving the lens we´ll send you information about arrival with repair number and log-in-data. With those you can look online for repair information about your equipment. If needed, we send an estimate before repair. If you disagree with the estimate and order everything back without repair, we charge for our effort € 25,00 + shipping and tax. Please note the shipping costs will be € 35,00 + tax anyway.
The shipping back will be done after payment in advance.
We recommend the following possibilities for paying the invoice:
1) You can transfer the money to our account, written on the invoice you´ll receive after the repair order has been finished. Please give your name, invoice no. and repair no. as a reference.
2) You can transfer the money by PayPal.
3) We deduct the money from your credit card. Visa- or MasterCard accepted.
