I found the answer to my question in the post http://forum.nikoniarze.pl/showthrea...55#post2986655. I mis-measured the (calculated) power factor. I measured the current with analog multimeter, and then multiplied by 220 Volt. You can do that with linear loads (for example incandescent lamp), but not with the monitor. Monitor (switching power supply) is non-linear load.

Today I bought Energy Cost Meter Xavax "Green Eco - Premium"

In additional, voltage and current readings of "Green Eco - Premium" I compared with readings of digital multimeter FLUKE 179. Voltage reading (at the time of measurement 226 volt) coincided to the latest digit, but current was little bit different. Therefore in the table is added measurement of FLUKE .
It is difficult to say how accurate is measurements with "Green Eco - Premium" (specification says +/-2 %), but now the power factor is very close to the Eizo statement, and the monitor is OK!
Measurements with Energy Cost Meter Xavax "Green Eco - Premium" (+FLUKE 179)
Operating mode (6-sRGB):
244cd/m2 366mA 71,7W (Fluke 343mA)
200cd/m2 327mA 61,7W (Fluke 307mA)
150cd/m2 284mA 50,5W (Fluke 267mA)
120cd/m2 258mA 44,1W (Fluke 244mA)
100cd/m2 238mA 39,6W (Fluke 226mA)
80cd/m2 219mA 35,4W (Fluke 207mA)
50cd/m2 205mA 28,2W (Fluke 196mA)
Power saving mode:
Standby 48mA 1,1W (sometimes 0,5...1,0W) (Fluke 48mA)
