Gwarancja Europejska - rok czy dwa?

6.08.2010 mija 2 lata od zakupu D3 + 24-70mm, w sklepie gdzie go kupiłem (dostałem gwarancję polską + EU) powiedziano mi że Nikon Polska daje rok gwarancji ale w Europie mogę serwisować sprzęt do 2 lat (czyli jeszcze)

wysłałem aparat na wymianę wyklejek i naprawę przesłony do Fixation (London), wszystko OK ale oni twierdzą, że skonsultowali się z Nikon UK i:

1. wyklejki nie są objęte gwarancją nawet 1 roku
2. na moje pytanie o 2-letnią gwarancję twierdzą, że nigdzie poza Anglią nie wiedzą o tym, żeby były 2 lata

A te 2 lata w UK to i tak jeśli:

Wygląda więc na to, że sklep wprowadził mnie w błąd a ja wysłałem sprzęt do Londyny licząc na naprawę gwarancyjną - choć mogłem wysłać do Warszawy? (jakość serwisu to osobna rzecz - nie miałem do tej pory konieczności sprawdzenia)
